Induction Training

For ministerial staff working in  Subordinate Courts of Himachal Pradesh.

Objectives:

· To improve the skill, knowledge and attitude of the participants in their day-today working.

· To bring a sense of discipline, devotion to work and diligence in participants, which would help them to enhance their efficiency and productivity.

Training Programme in Information Technology (Computer)

Duration:     6  Days

For Protection Officers (Supervisors) of Social Justice & Empowerment Department of Himachal Pradesh.

Objectives included:

· The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence  Act, 2005.

· The Right to Information Act, 2005.

· Right of Women at Work Place.

·    Vishaka Case.

· Gender Discrimination (PC & PNDT, Act).

· CCS (CCA) Conduct Rules.

Orientation Training Programme for Protection Officer

For the Officers of Revenue Department of Himachal Pradesh.

Objectives:

· To bring functional and attitudinal change as Judicial Authority

· Development of skills as judicial authority

· Acquiring knowledge as judicial authority

· Leadership as Judicial authority

· Personality development as Judicial authority

· Role of Revenue Officers while dealing with cases as Civil Judge

Duration:     2  Days

For Officers of Judiciary, Prosecution,  Police, & Forest Department of Himachal Pradesh

The objective of the training is to apprise the Participant-Officers of the relevant provisions and procedures laid down under the “NDPS Act and Related Issues” in order to enhance their skill and knowledge, which will help them to deal with the cases of NDPS Act effectively, reduce the percentage of acquittals in NDPS cases and combat the problem of drug menace.
